No one is perfect and no one has everything that they want. That’s the beauty of life. It’s all about the journey.
Much like everyone else, I too have MANY goals I want to achieve. It’s already come to light that some of my goals may have to be reprioritised. For example I was hoping to buy a house before March 2019, but I think that will be definitely going on hold (unless I win the lottery!)
We are almost officially half way through 2018 so it seems like the perfect time to announce my goals for the remainder of the year:
- Get a part time job to financially support me whilst developing Telle’s Nutritional Life.
- Lose 17lbs by 31st December 2018
- Have 10 clients by the end of the year (either coaching clients and/or weight management).
It is important to keep your goals SMART:
I have been goal setting since 2012 and it is something that is used across all kinds of disciplines – health care, coaching – wherever you need to set a goal. It makes the goal very specific and in theory more achievable.
